Jim and Henny Waldorff were among Denmark's most influential ceramic artists in the mid-20th century. Starting in the 1960s, they created distinctive pieces of artistic quality in their workshop in Svaneke on Bornholm.

Typical of her work are earthy glazes, reduced forms and a clear Scandinavian expression – sometimes rustic, sometimes refined.
