Complaint + refund

If you have any complaints or returns, please contact birgit@eklund.shop.

The costs for returns will be borne by you.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

The items should be in perfect condition.

Once the return is approved, the amount will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid for your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation that the amount will be credited in a few days. Please note that the credit on your credit card always depends on your financial institution.
